Hello – First off, this is Greg posting for Kim & it will be a short message, but rest assured Kim will post later this week.
Unfortunately, Kim hasn’t felt well the last week and has suffered from fatigue and shortness of breath. In addition, a recent x-ray showed what’s been interpreted as troubling results. After talking with Dr. Walsh, it was best to admit Kim to the hospital as a way of getting to the bottom of what’s going on as quickly as possible.
So our Kim was admitted for a couple days to run tests (primarily scans), meet with doctors from a couple of disciplines (oncology, infectious disease, pulmonology, surgery) and receive intravenous antibiotics; all of this is best coordinated as an in-patient.
Please know that we will pass on more info as soon as possible.
In the meantime, our thanks to Donna, Kerry, the Jackson family and the great people I work with for their support.
