Hello,
Just a quick update today. Things are going along. I’m headed into my second week of my six week cycle (my second round of this cycle will be March 4). I’m tired and not feeling well but looking forward to weeks five and six when I seem to feel great!
I have tests coming up sooner than I thought. I was expecting to get scans right before Easter but instead it will be in just a few weeks. I have my next PET scan on 3/20 and a CT scan will be scheduled for right about that time as well. Dr. Walsh wants a PET scan and a CT scan this time we he can have a really good understanding of what is going on. I will get my results on Monday, March 23. So needless to say I’m already nervous!
I also have an appointment with an Ear Nose and Throat specialist, Dr. Kim, on Monday, March 16. I am sooo hoping there can be something done about my voice. I’ve had laryngitis for four months now and I’m getting seriously afraid that I’ve lost my voice for good. I am still convinced I have some sort of secondary condition going on and am hoping Dr. Kim can either get to the bottom of it or help us find someone who can.
That’s it-short and sweet. I will keep you all updated on what Dr. Kim has to say and of course my test results!
